1. Returns for Damaged Items Only

• Items can only be returned or replaced if they arrive damaged.

• Damage must be reported immediately upon receiving the item.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To qualify for a return or replacement:

• A clear unboxing video is required.

• The video must show:

  • The package before opening

  • The process of opening the package

  • The item in its original condition

• No video, no return.
  We cannot process claims without proper video proof.

3. Hygiene Seal / Sanitary Pad Rule

• Items cannot be returned if the sanitary pad/seal is removed or tampered.

• Products must remain unused and sealed to be eligible for evaluation.
